If you've got Sky at home, and have access to wifi you can log in using SkyGo on your iPad/tablet or computer. I think you might be able to use it if you have 3g.
Get a computer or iPad
Register with Smart DNS

Get a reasonable WiFi connection
Use BBC Iplayer etc and watch UK television.
Shifty?Personally, I'd be very wary of handing over my DNS control to a somewhat shifty company
. I'd rather go with a VPN or proxy service.
Generally speaking the best way to watch sports is to find a bar that's got a big screen TV and is showing it. Not too difficult to find one in most places, although it's usually full of inebriated Brits......
FilmOn TV works well on my iPad.
In France we can use the telly, which is how we saw the Royal Jubilee, much better than the BBC, and sometimes Des Chifres et Lettres.
