It may be a daft proposition but is vertically at the stern an option? ie transom to transom then lift the bow with a masthead halyard, secure bow to backstay?
I’ll bet the OP has AC power, it looks a reasonable sized boat. For a boat like that the cost is in proportion. That pump is ten times the output of the D.C. versions and high pressure is no disadvantage. Better that than having to squeeze extra pressure in with a foot pump as well.1 It's Mains 2 It's £330 +vat and 3 You don't need High Pressure
12 volt, High Volume at Low to Medium Pressure does the job at a fraction of that cost.
