How are your plans for the weekend?

Well we had a good weekend, decided to make the most of a moments calm at 3pm on Saturday and make our way down through the swellies to Port Dinorwic.

The run down was pleasant and sun even started shining. Decided to take a mooring bouy at Cable Bay just south of Port Dinorwic. A very pleasant evening and good company. Truth be known our 1st night staying out at sea.
See picture, water was like glass, until a little swell at 4am.
Leasurely crusie back up to Conwy on Sunday afternoon.
No one in the marina believed us when we got back.

Thanks Dennis for having the insight to go out and hard luck to those that
didn't get out this Easter.

You might have noticed a RIB beggaring about
'Cable Bay'?
That's around the west shore of Anglesey I reckon.
Ther piccie shows You on the moorings just south of Dinas boatyard.
Do You call it cable bay cos of the cable running across the Straits?
Or have I missed summat?

Anyway, well done for a good trip.
But stick a 'memo' on here next time you venture up the Straits.
