New TT gauge……..apparently this is a completely new venture for Hornby but I remember my electric train set was TT back in the 1950/60s……is this inflationproofing model railways. It’s a big undertaking producing a range of models and ancillary stuff like track and points and buildings.TTstands for table top I learnt so you can have model railway but reduced.

And the relationship to boats ....
Do they do a few boats to the same scale ?

An announcement about electric railways - surely this is current affairs? Do I need to call the FAT controller?

Whilst we’re on the subject, L’Oréal’s new shampoo has a reinforcing formula charged with supplements (biotin + vitamin B5 + arginine). Anyone tried it yet?

Does it sting the eyes when having a shower? I use an anti itch gel but it does cause problems if I get it in the eyes. Can you suggest anything better? Perhaps something with an egg supplement?
I prefer the Nivea range myself.
But my mate, who is bald, swears by Mr Muscle & a "J" cloth.

Forget all this shampoo nonsense, just now and again rinse your hair under the shower or running water, it will remain perfectly healthy, hair doesn’t need shampoo, unless you have been sanding down your anti-foul and you look like a Smurf then just maybe, but normally it will remain perfectly healthy and clean of its own accord.
Don’t think I’ll rush out a change my ‘00’ for a ‘TT’.

Whilst on the subject the TT races were in the Isle of Man and that was the home ground of Bruce, anchors - though they have moved to Scotland the home ground of some anchor developments CQR, Delta, Knox - and there is much Viking heritage in Scotland.

Wrong, Bruce definitely came from Australia. Here he is in one of Monty Python's sketches.

My TT train set was double-O, being a Twix-Twin. It had a central rail, allowing two trains to occupy the same piece of track. It was not a bad bit of equipment but less realistic in appearance than Hornby. I think some of it is still in my garage.
