Yes they do, so that must mean the Wallabies can't make it to the finals /forums/images/icons/smile.gif.

Hmm, South Africa and Samoa also gave England a wake-up call, but England have not woken up yet. Must be a very deep sleep. Hope the snooze button rings again before France next weekend.

Re: Allez France

Hmm - well I think the All Blacks looked very good - perhaps Scotland didn't offer the strongest opposition - but the French did a bigger demolition job on Ireland and I thought England just looked a bit ordinary really. I'd like England to win because I don't think they've had a better team in the history of the RWC and I doubt whether they'll be able to sustain their performance for another 4 years - but if they lose next Sunday then it would be good to have the team that beats them win the competition.

Re: Ooops I\'m wrong

Yes I was wrong ( again) ..we still have a difficult match to get through.
Remember " sniffy bum " is not a national game here.. nor are we under 'royal ' patronage as it appears the poms are ...well just reading through the English press this past weekend, seems you have it " inbred' ... NAh we would rather play real footy...Aussie rules

Aussie Rules
Is that the one with all the gay guys with their pretty little short-sleeved tops and those rather strange men in trilbys and white coats with their odd signals?
Well - its a shame Campese didn't play that and then we wouldn't have to listen to his daft twaddle.
Think you'll beat NZ then - looked awesome against ireland

Re: Ooops I\'m wrong

The England - French game may be one to watch with skin and hair littering the field afterwards. Might be better than watching "Gladiator".

Also Claymore, harking back to an earlier thread, I was visiting a shipyard last week and they had a photo of a 200 and something foot high class passenger vessel they had built. It had a big polished stainless steel plate around the bow to protect it from the anchor - I asked, and they said that they glued it on but they could not remember what with.

Regards

John
