How is the lower cowling removed since the throttle arm is attached?

The arm comes off. Just a bolt on it, I’m sure.

I got that part. The entire cowling needs to drop down or off so I can get to the motor. I tried to load a photo but the attachment was too large.
there is a part of the cowling that jams against the arm attachment that keeps the bottom cowling from dropping.

I don't know if this will help you, but I followed it through and was able to dismantle mine and get it running again.
