Hang it on the hook, then use a metal tie wrap on the cable and the hook, make sure it kind of slack so the metal tie wrap can cut through the electrical cable overtime. It will be reassuring as your coming into berth to get a little 240volt zap to make you alert.

No. I priced it all out.....a supplier who buys cable on large spools can give a good deal
