Now, the idea of having a nice little flaggy sort of thing blowing around on the radar arch appeals to me, and also the wonderful thought of walking around with a Shirt that as a rodent on it also appeals,,, BUT
When purchasing a flaggy, shirty, I will need the following from you:
1) A Signed contract, when I recieve this I will send it back to so that you can see that I have signed it, you will then send it back to me so that I can see that you have seen it. Feast your eyes upon No2
2) I will then attach a cheque, (or I will sellotape small coins to the agreed amount as a securing deposit) to the contract (see 1 above)
3) After you have recived the deposit, I will then make arrangements, to have the products surveyed by a fully qualified surveyer, who will turn up for half an hour, tell me that the shirt needs new stiching (this is about the same as being told "I'm sorry but she will need new engines, oh and a new hull") Once I have recived the Surveyers report I will read and digest it.
4) I will be on the phone to you straight away to haggle a new price because of the above defect(s)
5) I will then take the shirty/flaggy out on a trial, just to make sure that everything works as it should do.
6) I will phone you up again and haggle a new price because of all the faults I found on the Trial.
YOU WILL AGREE TO ALL OF THE OFFERS I MAKE
7) I will decide to proceed with the purchase if you can supply with:
a) Proof of ownership
b) Proof of VAT paid
c) Complience to all EU regulations regarding clothes and flags
8) You will then supply me with a,b and c (see above)
9) I will send you a cheque for about £3 or £4
10) You will send me the goods, complete with a bill of sale e.t.c
Is that ok?
Did I miss anything?
