Had a relaxing weekendin Cookham by the old folks home but just as we were leaving about half a dozen Hippie types appeared each wiTh a wheelbarrow full of gear. Anyone know if they are stIll there?

Met these people down in Windsor they are very pleasant. They are walking the length of the river, on holiday from France, they cleaned up after themselves and left no mess aside from a few ashes from a small fire. I think that a few boaters I have met could take an example from this pleasant group of people.

Probably a bit of both by now, (I don't drink much tea but there's been some, somewhere on Moxon for months). They can smoke it or drink it. But it will prob be damp and mouldy...

Well clearly if they have long hair then this thread needs moving to the lounge so that we can take them apart, blame them for societies ills, and generally villify them for not conforming to the Wail reading stereotype

Naaah! We can be kind to them and say how grateful we are that they allow us to contribute to their carefree life by paying our taxes and working hard.

Did 'Jesus' the leader of the Christian society that the majority of the civilised western world have based there values on not have long hair? I never have, and never will, judge a person on the way they look or dress. More people in suits have caused death and destruction and ruined society than any people who choose a free lifestyle. Please do not condemn a lifestyle you perhaps do not fully understand.
