High Fondle quota

One of the reasons that boating and yachting are popular pastimes and the stuff that goes with it is there is a high fondle level.Smooth curves,soft ropes,shiny hard shacles etc.Its possible that of all mankinds activities boating comes out tops because of this factor.Its certainly difficult to enter a yacht chandlers without feeling the objects on offer and indeed many have a fetish for stuff and always feel they need more;something akin to a Stationary Mania.

Never thought of that! So why is it that my wife far prefers sailing boats to mobos? Something to do with the long mast?

Not just fondle. The eye appeal helps a lot as well.
I photographed a huge range of angling equipment for a mail-order company and really enjoyed the quality and feel of the gear. It almost makes me want to try fishing, just to have the feel of the stuff and to look at it.
Can't get excited about catching fish though.
