Hi, amd wellcome! Just before you go off posting, as you put it, basic questions - trying using the search facilitity here. The chances are the question has been asked before! If you still end up not getting the right answers then post.

Hi and welcome to the world of experienced, well researched conflicting advice and occasional nudity (did you miss it yesterday before it was taken off!). Apart from that have fun and look forward to your first question.

I can see why the same questions keep getting asked by new members. The search on the site is not that brilliant. I doubt thats down to the build more the content that gets posted. It searches for specific words.
I just entered "duo prop" and it came up with this result http://www.ybw.com/cgi-bin/forums/showthreaded.pl?Cat=&Board=mby&Number=461461&Search=true&Forum=mby&Words=duo prop&Match=Or&Searchpage=0&Limit=25&Old=3months&Main=461418.
Nothing to do with duo props at all. It takes a while to search through the chaff to get to the wheat.

On another note I don't mind answering the same questions again.....if I'm sure I kinow the answer! Its going to happen on whatever board you look at. The same questions will always pop up. I remember a while ago there was a thread regarding halon replacement. Its popped up again. Its better than all the inane crap thats gets posted in the winter months.....and yes, I know I post some of the inane crap. Its winter and I'm not allowed to use the boat so much.
