Hi guys n gals,
I don't think i've posted on this forum before so be gentle.
After 10 years or so of being a Motorboat man, i've just bought a little Snapdragon 23 Yacht.
As i mentioned on the Yachting forum, i've a small mooring issue to resolve since she's at a Sailing club on a swing, paid until the end of the year but a) The swings are cleared mid October and b) I'm not a member of the club so technically i'm not allowed to use the slip to gain access to my boat. Ahh the fun of new boat ownership...
Anyway, does anyone have any recommendations of a cheap Winter Afloat mooring in the East Essex area? Anywhere on the Blackwater/Crouch/Roach etc would be fine and she has bilge keels so can settle in the mud without problem.
I'm happy on a swing or pontoon or even wobbley plank if it saves money.
Anyway, Hi again and hope to chat to many of you soon.
rgds,
Nick
