The company where my wife works recently took 6 people on a three month trial. At the end of the trial they hired the two foreign workers and let the 4 English ones go. That's not racist, it's just a fact.

I don't see anything racist about not liking the fact we have 2.5 million people out of work and are on our knees, when we employ so many foreign workers. I've nothing against them, but the jobs should go to our own citizens first.

The belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others.

Discrimination or prejudice based on race.

scarry thing being made redundent, heather was a manager for hsbc and she was made redundant last october, she was very worried but got a job the following week with less hours and 8k a year more and much happier now.

you will move onto better things in the end.
