Been quite a lot on this for a couple of days but not seen any comment on this forum which as the Queen is to be aboard Alaska is surprising.

River Pageant may be non event if river conditions identified by EA get bad.

Does Henley Regatta ever get cancelled due to weather/river conditions? Or is everyone expected to soldier on?

Rather too much commercial/corporate profit involved to cancel.
Most of the so called spectators have their backs to the river so would
not even notice if a boat was going by or not.
Have to say I would fit into the same bracket. I would rather watch 'pooh sticks'
