I still wonder about the original engineers, have they realised that they have done something wrong? and now want to wash their hands of it (obviously they can`t be held to any sort of guarantee if someone else takes over) it all sounds as if it could go terribly wrong. I wouldn`t touch it with a bargepole, sorry! No sarcasm, just genuine concern. I personally, would wait until they could finish the job.
