help with boat identification

If you are polite enough and providing he last owner knew the type, the LLPA may give you details of the boat, but obviously not any data protection voiding info like owners name or address.
It's not unlike a wee mayland, but Pretty sure it isn't.
 
I was thinking its similar to a mayland I have the previous owners name and address but he didn't know the make/model either

That boat comes from an era when such things were being made in small sheds etc, often without names or even designers - just barely disguised copies of other similar boats. Sometimes just sold as mouldings for DIY or fitting out by another trader. So you may never find out who made it.
 
Not sure it is. The Dejon 14 my company used had a shorter, higher cuddy with an open back. Google Dejon 14 images. Very similar though and the hull could be the same. As I said earlier there were lots of boats that were mongrels made in that era.
 
It is not a Dejon, this is a Dejon.
