I'm looking to fix my hydrolic tilt for my 60 horse mariner out bord i dont know much about it and dont even know what could be wrong please help summers almost gone!!!

First check that you have power to the two relays on the side of the engine which control up and down, there should be a red wire with a fuse in it somewhere supplying both relays.
There is a pair of thick wires which go from the relays to the trim motor these are positive or negative depending on which way you operate the trim. The first thing is establish that the motor works so disconnect them and connect to a battery to see if the motor runs up and down.
If OK check relays click in response to trim button.Blue and green swires to operate the relays.
Also check for a good earth.
