Help me recognize my Lewmar hatch

Hi there!

Could anyone help me recognise the model of this Lewmar hatch?





The hatch is installed on a Elan 295 from 1996 and doesn't have nay identifier on it.
I would like to replace the plexy thus i am seraching for the exact dimensions.

Thanks a lot! I've been through it already, I think i have a Coastline, but it seems that Lewman doen't have old catalogs online so i can't identify it.
