I wonder how many boats he has bought and brought back from abroad during his very long and illustrious boating life

All he wants back is the ability to go to a vendor and beat him down on price by saying look your boat is only worth this much as I can get one abroad for so much less…..plus he does like a wind up me thinks

Why on earth this 20% penalty was not mentioned at the time is of course is complete mystery , not enough paint for the bus perhaps. !
