Re: Hi there big boy!

Hello Jimmie, thanks for the welcome.

To answer your question, no I'm not maried just a poor student dreaming of running a big posh boat like those I see around Plymouth which is where I'm at uni.

Luckily the college has access to a motorboat so ocasionally get to go out for a trip when they're not too crowded, but not often enough, sob sob.................

Re: Up Yours!

Thankyou. Up yours too, mortally wounded, will soon make a tactical withdrawal. But first tell me about these interesting pictures, why do you have one of an overgrown pussy?

Re: Late night fight ensues

Aha! It's traditional for newbies to get entangled in bad-mood misunderstandings and stomp off, whereupon we all get a good beating by Kimhollamby in the morning. Trouble is, I usually miss it all whereas this time I am right in the thick of the action! Sort of.

Ahem, the running pussycat thingy was set up for me by another kind poster (as i am a dolt at many computery things despite er being in a puter company but anyway..) because our new boat (now a year old actually) is a Leopard. Yes, okay, the pic is not a leopard, it's a flippin cheetah. Not bad tho?

So! now you have to tellus about your fabulous boat. OR potential possibly nearly maybe boat. For reference you may want to include the following boaty phrases:
"restoration project" = wreck at bottom of garden
"new project" = recently deposited wreck at bottom of garden
"nearing completion" = running out of money fast
"considering a sunseeker"= my wife likes soft carpets
"new boat"= do not talk to me about finacial matters at the moment, ta.
"the joy of singlehanding"= wife hates boating (stop sniggering at the back)
"considering venturing overseas"= we're sick of going to Yarmouth every weekend
"seems unseaworthy"= that git over there has bought one and won't show me round
"seems popular"= seems cheap, so I am worried that there's something wrong.
"in the med"= wife can't stand the crap UK weather , and secretly neither can I.

Hope all this isn't yet offensive...

Lewis v Tyson

Yep' do like the leaping cat, where can I get something similar? Someone polishing a turd may be more appropriate for me!

Who's this chap(ess) kimhollamby, haven't noticed any input from him/her.

Unfortunately no boat as trying to survive oin student grant, so suppose you could say I'm dreaming of a restoration project, but need the back garden first!

Oh, and no offence taken, have enjoyed my first posts, hope it's not my last post.

Re: Rich Git!

As earlier , i am cluesless about how to make it work, but you can use search engine to find intersting pic and then er er well as i sed, I am not the perosn to ask.

Anyway, student eh? Wot you studying I wonder?

Kimhollamby is the moderator of this forum. He is mostly harmless.

I hear you can borrow a whole heap of loot and not pay it back until you are earning loads of money in UK. So, what about buying a nice fast speeboat and then eventually applying for jobs in the States? Or somewhere other than UK? You know it makes sense.

Moonlighting

So is this kim a boy or a girlie? Moonlighting a bit topical at the moment with all the firefighters missing from the picket lines doing their second and third jobs. Also the title of a Leo Sayer song, not my cup of tea but my dad used to play it in the car. Anyway, i do a bit of work in bars and clubs to earn a few extra pounds

Studying marine sciences, but want to become an accountant, don't really want to borrow loads of loot, why should I when I can raid my old man's bank account?

Buy a nice fast speedboat and go to the USA, hope you're not suggesting I do a bit of smuggling, but on second thoughts, expect it pays well..............................

Kim is a stunning 'curvashious' blonde, 23 ish, and loves students. Make sure you chat her up next time she visits. She's initially shy, but does respond to verbal caresses.

Re: Moonlighting

kim is in fact a bloke! Took me a year to find that out.

Word on the street is that actually it is dead easy peasy to be a fireman, and all the soldiers are bored in the eveings as there's no fires. So, already TA soldiers on special sponsorship from university, their third job is now firefighting but will now have time to work in the pubs etc.

I am sorry to hear that your dad likes that crap leo sayer. My dad played Nancy Sinatra, before the radio got nicked of course.

cheery bye for the mo

Re: Moonlighting

Just a minute, someones having me on, I've just been told Kim's a curvaceous blond who bats for the other side, one of you must be blind!

Mebbe I should work evenings as a firefighter, must be great to be paid to have a good nights kip. By the way, funny how your dads radio got nicked cos my dads tapes and records of LS all went missing in a very selective burglary, nothing else pinched at all.

Re: Moonlighting

So is this kim a boy or a girlie
I have known Kim many years and along with the multitudes have often pondered this point, indeed it is often the subject of discussion throught the Yacht Clubs of Britain, if not the world.
When he was Editor of Motor Boats Monthly back in the dim and distant past he was a nice guy. Then he took over IPC's website and was issued with a black uniform, black boots and a Cap with a skull insignia. This confused him, he couldn't remember if he was a Dominatrix or a Journalist.
A very famous shot in old WW2 newsreels is of a riding crop appearing under an old ladies chin and lifting her face up. The person holding the Crop is Kim, the old lady is his Mother, it has nothing to do with the Nazis persecuting the Jews, it was just Kim arranging a family photograph. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif
