Hi all,
Just registered on here. I have moved to the south of London from Ireland in the past year. I have only started looking a possible boating areas recently.
I have spent a couple of years fishing/swimming/water skiing etc from my Bayliner 1850 Capri 4.3L. Sadly I have had to leave it in Ireland, but if I find somewhere over here that I can get the use, I think I will bring it over.
Hopefully somebody here can help.
I have visited Brighton marina. After a quick look and a chat to the RNLI guys, without shelter from any islands, the sea is quite choppy and my boat is too small to be safe in.
I live in Horsham west Sussex. Does anybody know of anywhere lake or sea that would be suitable for a 19ft quite beamy Bayliner, for water skiing etc, or fishing in the sea. If I am mistaken with Brighton marina, I would love to hear from somebody with local knowledge, as I would have access to a berth there quite cheap.
