Does anyone have any information or knowledge about how can I take from my Volvo penta 2003 the motor refrigerant Liquid (already hot) to use to warm the water of my shower?

You need a calorifier...

A calorifier is a hot water tank with a heating coil inside it. The engine coolant passes through the heating coil and heats up the water. To connect the calorifier to the engine, Volvo sell a "Hot Water Outlet" kit, which contains the necessary bits and pieces.
