Heat reqd? Heat/shrink

Anchormax winch. Need to install new ring gear, 4" diameter, inside the SS drum. Only friction holds it in so will be tight. Wondering what temperature needed to expand the drum, and have the ring gear in frig. Possible to get hot enough onboard with the 2 burner?

Drum in the oven, ring gear in the freezer overnight. On a 4" diameter ring I reckon that will give you about 7 thou change. in size.
