I have a Beneteau Idylle 11.5 (1985).
The headlinings in the rear cabin look as if they were intended to look like suede. They are still well attached but the surface has been attacked by mildew and looks very poor.
It would be very expensive to replace them as they are stuck to the structure and they are at many different angles and shapes as the cabin inludes a coffin bubk under the cockpit sole.
I thought of painting them with flexipaint.
Anybody have any idea what material they are likely to be made of in 1985?
Any suggestions as to how to treat them to improve the appearance?
