Oh well, that's Plan B consigned to the slag heap then

Havengore Bridge – Closed
I am writing to inform you that Havengore Bridge is closed to maritime traffic until further notice. This is due to a malfunction which has left the bridge in-operable. Engineers are investigating with a view to rectifying the problem as soon as possible.
