Yes very good -we have eaten there once since Maria returned -the young manager is friendly but they just have to watch the service speed is up to scratch -we didn’t mind as dining with another Haslar owner but I noticed some grumbles at service speed from other diners when we were there on a Friday night. Luckily they have now stopped blaring out music from top deck late at night which might improve their local reputation with bertholders.

Not when it’s a private part for a few journalists for a certain racing event off southsea who had nothing to do with Haslar-I guess they have to accept whatever bookings they get to raise revenue but they have to be mindful of interests not just of bertholders but also local residents when it comes to Ibiza style music.

With the demise of the Folly, having somewhere with a bit of feisty music is a good option. The other place that was doing this well was the gin distillery in Southsea. None will beat the bunker rave in Alderney though.

Beats going to Emma's.

I would have gone but on the day we went there was a private function on and the marina had also informed us because we arrived by foot and not boat we would'nt be allowed access.
The day in question was too uncomfortable to sail there yet never had any problems at any other yacht club when visiting.
