Harwich Approaches - dredging, buoy moves?

Does anyone know for certain the current situation in Harwich Approaches with the dredging programme?
People have been asking me if it's all finished and if final positions for buoys are established yet. I've been reading the HHA NtMs recently but I've not been able to tell from these whether it's all done now - maybe I missed one. Anyone know? Sailorman?
