@johnalison I've just found your post in this thread about someone you may have met with water ingress around a thruhull fitting below the waterline of a HR. The original article you refered to at the top of this thread appears no longer available so I can't read into the details of what was already discussed on the topic. I was wondering if you knew how the story ended for that person? What other lessons did they learn and how did they go about repairing? I have friends with a new to them HR 36 MK1 who have just found the same issue while trying to replace seacocks. Trying to help them investigate what to do next and would appreciate anything you could add on the subject. thank you
