Not the lamp post, both cameras have one of the lower corners and part of the bottom edge obscured by varying size black rectangles, these obscure the parts of the sea wall and quayside which were previously visible.

I suspect that the blacked out areas might be intentional to avoid a person walking along the sea front from being identified. This may have to do with data protection.

A webcam in Chatham marina had to be repositioned some time back for I understand the same reason.
