That is the problem with wooden boats...it just never ends.

By the way, it’s worth the money, she is a fabulous ship....and the only one left in the world

you come across the frégate Hermione, Bouba ?

Hermione is currently langushing in Anglet? I thought Bayonne, as the repairs are going to cost a bundle, not helped by the assorted people ignoring the rot that was evident before she was launched. Rochefort, her home port, is on a river, so brackish, not salt. The last bit I saw was that, if they can raise the several millions that the repairs will cost (not going too well at the mo..) She cannot be berthed at Rochefort as too dicey with the possibility of more rot.
I enjoyed the odd visit while she was in build, but what is happening now is dreadful
