Gymsim Sim Card swap ?

Has anyone successfully swapped a standard sized Gymsim sim card for a micro or nano sim ?
Gymsim support is as useless as ever so before I bin it I wondered if there are any users out there who had successfully transitioned to a smaller SIM

When I found my O2 SIM didn't fit my new phone, I cut it down to size with a stanley knife.

As I recollect I downloaded a PDF template, printed it on A4 paper and used sellotape to stick the SIM in place on it. I then pressed down against a kitchen chopping board.

I didnt realise that they were simply different sized cards. Have ordered a cutter
