Gunson meter readings

I have some batteries that I have had on charge to get them to c. 12.7v or higher. I then attached my Gunson G4184 battery tester and they are reading Green (Ok) and Yellow (Weak). Can I do anything to improve this? TIA

Could try a battery charger with a "recondition" setting or EDTA but I would not live in great hopes

Other than that, just what the Gunson instructions say!

Depends on the Gunson but does not green mean OK?
A reading of 12.7v (rested) is Ok for a battery.
