Is a vessel with a registration no 738977 registered in Guernsey.

Most probably not... too many numbers....

It’s more likely to be a Lloyd’s number from the look of it...

Mine was registered Part one in 2001 and its number is 734*** and there are that year about 150 in that year, so quite possibly.
