Grubby Inflatable

My dinghy has been under water for the last three years! It had three inches of muscles welded to the bottom of it! These have now gone (thanks to the pressure washer), but I'm left with grass and worms that even the most powerful pressure washer cannot remove.

Does anybody know of any solvent or cleaner that will dissolve organic matter without melting my hypalon?
