I suffer the same problem.
In fact she positively hates it (sailing that is).

His autobiog (Semi-detached), tells how his passion started as his dad was a keen sailor. Some of his tales of sailing in his younger days just mimic anyone who sailed as a family.
The greatest observation being that family holiday snaps were mostly pictures of the family boat, I am sure we can all empathise with that one. Like Simon-Le-Bonn he is a sailor and then an actor.. you know what I mean.
I wonder if I plug his book some more he will take me out on Undina.
