Great day out on my boat

Calm sea, no wind, bright sunshine (OK, so it was cold!) but what a day out, even the tides were perfect.

I also had 3 spare hours tinkering on it. Got loads of cleaning inside and out done and loads of those little nuisance jobs done.

My face even feels sunburnt!!

Any one else out there enjoying the winter boating??

Yep - I just LOVE winter boating - didn't get out at weekend cos weather sh*t but did go down and do a bit of tinkering cleaning etc - Really hoping weather will be Ok for a New Years Day trip out.

Well maybe sunburn was a little exaggeration...but it was sunny all day (not like the med tho')

Got that but its still cold in the cockpit ! went to boat today and found a stalictite of ice from the heads tap and a sheet of ice covering the inside of the canopy (God I need some sun desperatly)
