They both have 12 channel receivers so I don't see why it wouldn't work.

In fact, looking at the details here and here they do both use the same antenna.

I have found both my GPS 48 and my GPS 152 coupled with a T connector to the GPS 152 aerial work perfectly if thats of any help.
