Unlikely as Garmin usually uses garmin Protocol to transmit / receive data of this type (routes, wpts, tracks etc.) but NMEA for raw GPS info.

If you download GPS Trackmaker, easyGPS, GPSBabel or similar - these take wpt's and routes etc. from various machines in the written format and allow you to convert to another. The best way to pass this sort of stuff to a Lowrance (I have the 3500C) is to use a normal over the shelf card reader / writer and blank standard MMC / SD card. Stick in the Lowrance card slot and then via menu load to machine memory.

I do a lot of track making, route planning / creation on the PC ... then save as txt files for load into GPS Trackmaker ... sort and clean ... save as lowrance usr files and cut to Sd card ... then to plotter.

It sounds work - but is actually easy and gives more versatility than just straight feed from a PC or other plotter.
There are of course PC plotting programs that could accept the garmin download ... display on Pc chart and then you save back as usr file for Lowrance ... or connect Lowrance plotter .. change connection preference to Lowrance and upload ...

Oh - welcome to the better world of Lowrance !! /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
