And what about those civil GPS jammers? They have a small radius, but can they be dangerous? I wonder if there will be a couple of hunderds of them...

i trust jammerall, i bought the GPS jammer knock off that llike $230 bucks i got it a week after i paid for it. the phones great, no cheap feeling, packaging was good when it arrived, and the quality is next to perfect. id say buy the jammer. and shipping is free
Worth bearing in mind that these things are illegal in the UK, as they are unlicensed transmitters. In the usual UK madness, it is legal to sell them, but illegal to use them without a license - which you can't get. So, if you use them to (for example) fudge driving hours, then if you get done for a traffic offence, you are also quite likely to be got for having an unlicensed transmitter.
