I have one called Mad Mutt Navigator Free. It seems to be reasonably quick to get a fix and, sitting at my computer, it's claiming a fix accuracy of 10m, but there are others and the beauty of freebies is you can try 'em and chuck 'em if you don't like 'em.
Might be worth putting an antivirus on there before going too mad on downloading freebies, though!

this is OpenCPN in android form.
In New Zealand the entire chart set is available from government as a free download(!!!?? News flash - government oversight gives free to taxpayers something of real value!)
works brilliantly on my samsung galaxy s3!.
Depends really on whether you can get a chart set to use with it.

GPS Test and GPSLogger both seem to work OK.
