Thanks to Dylan for letting us all know that Google Earth Pro is now free to use...

We recently delivered a yacht to Northern Ireland so I had a good opportunity to use the "movie maker" feature when editing the film. Here are the results:

I used 'live mouse navigation' rather than 'saving a tour'. I think it may look smoother if you first save a tour and do it that way...

The delivery was very cold and it took 15 days to cover 1000 miles!

Effective, and a nice soundtrack too. Who is it?

Shame the phone camera was vertical. That insert looks rediculous.

Why don't people film the way we see the world. eg 16x9 horizontal.

Out of curiosity Pete - did the UKBA get stroppy about you filming them. That bit got cut very quickly.

They didn't seem to mind too much... The guys just stopped filming out of courtesy and to welcome them aboard!

I do wonder how they would have reacted if the entire inspection had been filmed - I imagine that in this day and age it isn't uncommon for people to do that.
