Looks good, other than "brown" header tanks tell you the coolant probably wasn't changed on schedule. So, if you do buy, coolant change/flush, and check the valve clearances on those KAD44s.

Just looked at the photos and it looks like there are 2 single engines in the boat.

Could be that, or it could be that the header tanks just don't have any coolant in them, kad44's do have a tendency to dump their excess coolant in the bilge, specially if they run a bit hot (which a 11 year old installation might, if the heat exchangers haven't been cleaned out).
