I see he even had a LJ and safety line, he must be feeling old.

On a different note what's happened to Patrick Laine, I was beginning to like his videos but he didn't seem very well towards the end of his last videos.

Don’t get the negative comments. The one thing he does is sail his boat. No DIY,not too much chat and some exciting sailing. I like how he gets tired just like we all do. Not sure why he tries to destroy his cruising chute so often , but his choice.

I admire his stamina despite health issues and sometimes think, sod aiming for Greenland, why not try somewhere warm 😁 Having said that, would love to try the Faeroes.

Bumped into him in France a few weeks ago on his way back from his latest trip. He hasn’t enjoyed dodging oil rigs down the North Sea. I guess he will update his videos in time. He was telling me he met Erik and how in awe of him he was. Nice chap, very friendly. We had a couple of chats in the marina.

Should you be looking for Scottish sailing vids do search for those of sailing Polaris Helvetia ,a couple on a Bav46 - started at Haslar and a really helpful chap all round so might entertain .
