Ah, the magic word is sea grass. Then money will flow to ensure it is protected and someone then can "explore" it as a carbon store. What about all the other marine plants, no mention of them!

If it is not growing naturally then the chances of sowing it successfully are low unless the area is being scolloped or beam trawled.

An interesting article, I wonder if they will ban the dumping of dredging material, which may or may not glow in the dark, in the area.

I have a vague recollection that seahorses glow in the dark and wonder why?
