Glueing hypalon

I have a chance to aquire a very nice rigid bottomed tender. A zodiac yachtline.

One of the bouyancy chambers has seperated from the rigid hull.

What are the chances of succesfully repairing this and what is the proper way to go about it?

Was it glued in the first place? If the answer is yes, then it can be glued back together, very successfully. Clean all old glue off, both sides, lightly abrade, clean and degrease with the proper cleaner for the glue to be used.
By the way, if its a Zodiac yachtline, its not hypalon.
If in doubt ask Zodiac but I know my yachtline, is a special fabric, for Zodiac and I do believe its base is PVC.

As Englander just said, it can be glued back successfully, you will need to clean the joint properly, I would then recommend that you use a two pack glue, it is very much stronger than single pack contact adhesive, I know that Seamark Nunn sell a range of adhesives for inflatables, as I bought some two pack myself recently.

Yes it was glued originally and yes its a Zodiac Yachtline. Any ideas where I would start to look for the correct adhesive in Greece? I'm off to Athens Monday so anywhere between Preveza and Athens would be OK.

Sorry dunno where you could get the glue, but for sure there must be heaps of inflatables in Greece so there must be glue! Any chandlers etc in Preveza? Or you could get some sent to you by...........damn forgotten the name, but they are all things to inflatables, just remembered, IBS, inflatable boat supplies, they would get it to you quick. Anywhere in Piraeus? There must be, but get the right glue! PVC stuff two pack and cleaner.

Loads of inflatables, but no cheap inflatables in Greece! A Plastimo 240 is 840 euros compared with £340 in UK! Just repaired my older P240 PVC with Polymarine adhesive and PVC patch bought in chandlers in Corfu for 18 euros. Both PVC and Hypalon glues are readily available there.
