Boats and marinas look so much better on a bright and warm day. Spent a very pleasant hour or two doing a bit of cleaning and making sure some of the vital equipment worked, e.g. the kettle.

Whilst I consider myself a European these days I had a quintessentially English moment sitting on my boat built in Norfolk, drinking PG tips, eating a McVities digestive and listening to radio 4. A reminder of why I own a boat on the Thames.
