My thoughts immediately go towards Hampton court, well its where the royals are and would fit in with tourism at the palace, it isnt tidal there so could do its duties without being tide bound, perhaps we could sling that lot out from the thames yahting club and build a big f off boathouse there !!! ?????

I ran past her this morning at Hammertons and the more I think about it the more I think they could take a five year lease using the end pontoon that could be covered and have full state access.

Yes although not the original raft as that burnt down so he has a new work in progress job.
