Gibb winch

I have two Gibb self tailing winches. They are very stiff to operate and I have tried to dismantle them for servicing. I have removed the split rings and the top spool but can't find how to remove the stripper arm. Can anybody help?

well, I did mine by twisting the 'red' stripper arm out of the way. Only, after I had taken the ceiling out of the cabin to try and get at the fixing nuts - which wern't there.
Took it all apart and reassembled it and pushed - with a pipe wrench, the stripper arm back into place.
Not sexy but it worked
