I suspect it's the new marina for local small boats. Only got Gib residents. Under 8m I think.
Also very cheap. Yet another nice little bonus of being a Gib resident.

I think there will be berthing allowed from visiting yachts and there is a super-berth for luxury yachts on the outside mole.
Even with the pound quite strong at the moment Queensway Quay and Ocean Village both offer very good prices in my opinion. for a 13 metre boat at QQ the total price is £300 less than La Linea which is one of the least expensive in the Spanish Med. I have heard irt is now possible to park up in the new Tangier Marina - has anybody been in there yet?

They will have to be small visiting yachts coz the berths are for up to eight metres.
