It happened again last week and I spent several hours checking passwords and trying to resuscitate my old BTinternet account so that I could do the ' change password ' thing but to no avail. I contacted YBW but had no response. Today I checked in, expecting to be read only, but have regained my identity. Very strange but intend my details in case it happens again.
